Maintenance Team

Ensure the beauty of the grounds and buildings while maintaining the sites in a guest-ready condition.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITES: 

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE: Operate zero-turn mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, and other necessary tools to ensure the grounds are well-maintained. Keep all areas presentable and ready for guest check-ins. 

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE: Assist in the upkeep of our glamping tiny homes and clubhouse, ensuring they are in good working order. Help with the maintenance and repair of hydrant systems. Learn to test water quality and share responsibilities with the Camp Host.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS VALUED: Ability to perform basic maintenance or repairs on equipment. Knowledge of basic electrical systems, plumbing, or troubleshooting and repairs related to wellhouses.

Camp Host/Guest Services

Deliver exceptional customer service to assist with check-ins/outs, fulfill guest requests, and ensure an unparalleled guest experience.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 

CLUBHOUSE: Manage the clubhouse during business hours. Help keep the clubhouse clean and professional. Answer calls and emails in a professional manner. Assist guests with their reservations, check-ins/outs, and inquiries at the camp store. Provide top-notch customer service to our visitors.

GLAMPING TINY HOMES: Support the transition between guests and coordinate with the cleaning staff as needed. Report any maintenance concerns to management and communicate with the Maintenance team for resolution.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS VALUED: Learn to conduct water testing and share responsibilities with the Maintenance team. Assist in planning events for guests. Help with social media management.

SCHEDULE

15-25 hours per week base, plus flexibility for additional hours

COMPENSATION

ALL HOURS PAID $15+ per hour DOE
